The little ladies take weekly art lessons there and they really seem to love it! Such creative and wonderful things are always being created there….by children.

This flower breathing dragon is my favorite!

I just love this dress made of tissues!

This work is titled, “The Neverending Cup of Coffee;” I have so many days like this.

And my favorite mixed media work of art in the studio reminds me of the Hindu Goddess Sita.

She uses Darwin (our car) to help her get on the unicycle- 

She pedals, finds her balance, gets in the correct posture-

Then lets go of Darwin and YIPEE! she does it! 

Then down she goes, falling the “right” way thank goodness-

Only to try and try again! This kid doesn’t give up and will continue to keep at it until she is a pro!

Now to figure out a way to cushion that seat for her!

They loved the jingle toy made of a tp tube, jingle bells, paper, tape and yarn-

They loved the kitty dish made of bright red legos-

Charm was the only one that would put up with the cape-

He even chased the husky out of living room while wearing his “Super Charm” cape- he really looked the part!

Now, I’m afraid dressing him as a gnome was a little too much for Charm; talk about a twitching tail!

Oh, the humiliation!

Pixie (below), the other “inkspot” in our family, would take no part in the costumes; she ran and hid when she saw Araina coming her way with the green gnome hat! She is now encouraging Charm to contact a lawyer to sue for the posting of these pictures.

We got about 6″ of snow yesterday.

The little ladies had to post for our yearly snowy day picture beside our 40yo spruce tree.

Denali, our husky, and the little ladies spent all day outside yesterday playing in the white fluff!

I was busy inside sewing up a new design- large hootenannies!

 Now in the 5 orange potatoes etsy shop.

She had a full day of friends, lemonade (she helped with a lemonade stand), the park, and chocolate cake! Her favorite gifts were her new roller blades and a pair of bright yellow walkie talkies. I can tell  she is growing up because she didn’t really ask for toys this birthday.

Araina was all smiles yesterday too.

Fauna was happy to see the hedgehog below in her gifts, she has been begging for her since the day I made her!

I made her a chocolate cake with chocolate icing; with raspberry jam between the layers and raspberries sprinkled on top. The raspberry mixed with all that chocolate is so yummy!!!!! Now to get over the fact that next year she will be 10!
