street fair softies
I’m participating in a local street fair tomorrow; that’s why I haven’t been around this neck of the woods lately. I have been busy sewing softies and have found the blogging break to be really good for me. You are all still in my thoughts and I hope to get back to blogging on a regular basis soon; but sometimes life steers us in other directions.
Here are my new winky-eyed hedgehogs that are going to the fair tomorrow-
I’m also including some photos here of critters that I have made in the past year to share with the Chicago Renegade Craft Fair jury (hoping to attend in September).

The hobo bags are cool. I’m in the process of designing some bags as well…sort of like useful art. Perhaps summer will give me the extra time I need to create.

Those hedgehogs are adorable…but I have to tell you that I fell in love with the frog & tadpole the moment I scrolled down and saw their expressive little faces! You have quite a talent! Hope you have a wonderful time tomorrow at the street fair!

I am in love with those hedgehogs. Do you sell online? We are on the waiting list to adopt another child and I’d love to welcome him/her with one of those! No rush that I know of…though we could get a call any day!

oh how i love those hedgehogs!!! you are going to sell out!!! those judges would be CRAZY not to invite you!! But you know that already! I wish we had fireflies here. I’ve never seen one!! This is the first hot day we’ve had all year… and I’m sick. Oh well, off to nap I go.
