dandelion wishes- outdoor challenge
Make a wish, take a deep breath, and blow…….

Harvest (excerpt)
In the meadow-grass
The innocent white daisies blow,
The dandelion plume doth pass
Vaguely to and fro, -
The unquiet spirit of a flower
That hath too brief an hour.

My monkeys just told me today that they wish our yard was full of the white dandelions.
I told them to just wait…the yellow will be gone soon.
We love dandelions. Our dandelions have just appeared.
Precious pictures as usual
My children are always outdoors !

Beautiful photos! My girls love dandelions and want to know why their friends are calling them weeds. lol We actually did a little bit of painting with dandelions yesterday. Love the pictures Lisa. Simple childhood moments are so precious. You capture them beautifully!
Great pictures…I love all your dandelion posts. I’ll have to get a picture of Bugsy trying to blow one. He hasn’t quite got the knack yet, but he’s very entertaining to watch!

Hello! Hello! Lovely pictures. Love the swing ones! Those will be treasured photos!
I believe you have a friend named Nancy? I think she wanted my dishrag pattern. I know she has a blog, but has not posted in awhile. Tell her to post her email addy on my blog ( I won’t publish it!) and I will send her the pattern….It is a Bernat pattern that I kind of altered.
Have a wonderful week! Karen
Hmmmm, only Nancy I know if my hubby’s Aunt. She doesn’t have a blog so I”m not sure who this would be.
What beautiful pictures! I love all the dandelions this time of year- I still make wishes sometimes too
We are still really enjoying the outdoor challenge- we are still going strong!

Adorable pictures! Whenever I see dandelions now, I think of you, because of all those lovely dandelion posts you did last year.
Dawn, that is so sweet!
GREAT photos Lisa. Do you use a flash? I wonder how you get your girls so “crisp.” Isaac is forever moving…and even in the bright sun at F2.8 he’s blurry. Tips?
no flash…..hate flash. Evening light when the sun is just starting to set makes killer photos!
I also have an action setting that captures movement instead of blurs it.
Aha! I was pretty sure you didn’t use flash. I hate flash too. I will try my action setting instead of manual. I really get tired of all the blur – and how do you tell a 3.5 year old to not move. LOL!
I miss real dandelions… I can’t find them here in TX.

She’s such a cutie!
A little sassy thing is more like it and such a HAM! She always seems to be posing for the camera!
we’ve been participating every day (missed this past weekend only)..I didn’t know I was supposed to leave a link every time??
