by 5 Orange Potatoes

Finally opened my Etsy shop last week; had to do something to fill the blog void! The shop name is the same as the blog……5 Orange Potatoes, have a visit and tell me what you think! Peep, pictured below,  is my little dainty lady that doesn’t leave her basket without her vintage bow!

If you should purchase from my shop you will receive your little softy in a drawstring bag made from vintage sheets and fabric.

So far I have sold 3 Hootenannies- 1 went to Alaska, 1 to Pennsylvania, and 1 to Chicago. The Hootenannies are out to put smiles in the world! :)  A Get-Well Gremlin has also been shipped to Pennsylvania just today!

***A little incentive here to visit……..visit the shop by clicking here, tell me which one you like the best and it could be yours if you win; be sure to come back here and tell me which one you like the best! :) You have until Thursday night to comment, I’ll announce the winner on Friday! Anyone from anywhere can enter!

***Also, the “rhythm of the home” spring edition is up today! Visit my contribution about wishing rocks here.

so congrats on your store!!!! etsy is da b-o-m-b! i opened my shop (a mark of my own) last november selling bisque ornaments. it was just a trial run so i only offered the christmas ornaments. it was so much fun getting orders from such far away places as australia and scotland! working on items now to “re-stock” the store. hoping to have them ready by this summer.

i wish you the best on etsy. it really is a lovely community to be a part of. everyone is so helpful. not competitive feeling at all.
