christmas eve

2009 December 27
by 5 Orange Potatoes

So this post is a little later than I wanted but we have had so many family get-togethers for the holidays, finding the time to post was difficult. So here is a little catch up of our Christmas Eve.

The little ladies were busy making last minute ornaments for gifts. Thanks to the lovely ladies at Plot 55 for this idea!

And they were busy decorating gingerbread men in their brand new Christmas jammies!

We received many lovely handmade gifts for Christmas this year; but I’m saving those for a future post. I hope all is well and the holidays are going great!

What a lovely idea the sewing basket with notions in it, it would be such fun to give or receive that one.

We do jammies and cookies on Christmas Eve, too! The girls’ new jammies came from Old Navy this year–I had my heart set on sewing matching jammies, and I even have my pattern from Oliver + S, but sometimes you just have to let go, you know?

Those ornaments are also on our list for next year, as well as the kind where you trim the popsicle sticks to make Christmas trees.
