I LOVE how you have decorated your tree using popcorn, gingerbread and dried fruit; very earthy and natural! Like “boatbaby” I also tried drying oranges and apples last year but they certainly didn’t turn out like yours. Could you share your tips and tricks?

Oooooo, those cranberry pecan cookies look scrumptious. We are a bit behind on our cookie making this year since the chicken pox got us our of the ring of things. Tomorrow we will make some gluten free choclate chip cookies and some sugar cookies too if we are lucky, for Santa. He’s gotta get some late night cookies, that guy!

    :) Lisa

That tree looks so fragrant with popcorn and cranberries and oranges on it! I think doing a very old-fashioned sort of tree like that would be so much fun for us next year… Any book recommendations for ideas?
