araina and her eye for detail

Araina has always been a very literal type of gal and never misses a detail. Here’s an example, she made this curvy lady paper doll in a pretty blue dress…..

rain's paper doll

low and behold, I was shocked to see just why she was so curvy!  HA! I added the censoring pinecones using Picnik, this is a G rated blog ya know, but it’s clear what’s under those pinecones!

I’m off now to catch the new Doctor Who on BBC; it’s out of the closet now, my love of British wit (and David Tennant) !  Hope all are having a lovely weekend!

    Oh Lisa, too FUNNY!

We are huge Doctor Who fans…and in fact aren’t really counting down to Christmas…but to the Doctor Who special. :)
What one did you watch last night? Not the finale? It’s not on til Christmas Day, right? So sad David Tennant is leaving. Won’t be quite the same.

Looks like you’ve got a realist on your hands. She’s just trying to show what a paper doll would look like nude instead of the ones with the painted on underwear. I applaud her for understanding how women’s bodies change. Also love the pine cones, they made me laugh. xxoo

THAT is hilarious! Thank goodness my boys haven’t gotten so “detailed” yet. As many pictures as they give away, I’m sure to miss one and have some ‘splainin’ to do!

It’s important to have curves, even if you are a paper doll! ;)

Perhaps I should take the pinecone photo in when I meet with my plastic surgeon. You know, so he can get an idea of how I’d like to look after my reconstruction. Hee, hee.

Methinks that resembles a lady I know just a wee bit….

I think my favorite is the belt that matches the lipstick!!

My sister Robin’s idea to censor….first I had round ornaments there instead of pinecones, but liked the pinecones best!
