Thanks so much for sharing the pattern! I can’t wait to make some of these. Perhaps over the Christmas break.

Okay… so I reread and found the pattern! Thank you! I am going to see if I can MacGuyver a pattern of my own into a teether with a wood ring and little pieces of ribbon on the edges. We’ll see how creative I can be on a first attempt back at the machine. Wish me luck!

Whoa! It’s an invasion! Of the cutest kind, of course. Looks as if you’ve been having a lot of fun lately… good for you!

Those are so cute! I love the gremlins!!

LOL! Oh man, I … well, *ahem* started making some for the little critters in my life, but since I’m sewing illiterate, we aren’t doing so well. And if you saw the pics, I’m sure you would wet your pants laughing… they be baaaaad, my friend. LOL Such as how I stuffed and sewed without putting the faces on, had to unstuff, embroider possibly the worst ever seen on the planet, restuff, and I had evolution happen before my very eyes…. I had an owl that turned into a cat… a tailless cat.

In other words, do you have tutorials for making the gremlins? LOL I am in dire need!

And if you want a laugh, I think I’ll post my endeavors on my blog. I just have to figure out HOW much humiliation is worth it.

I AM IN LOVE. Those gremlins and owls are officially the cutest things I have ever seen. Seriously.

What could be better than owls and gremlins?! :)

So cute (or should I say SEW cute!! har-har)
I think I need to make something out of E’s old purple sweater she ripped.
Am thinking I may need to make a snail or frog : )
Am scared of it though — it’s quite un-ravelly (not a real word but you know what I mean!)

Loving the owl! These are so cute!

Your growing collection looks great! You mentioned pumpkin chocolate chip cookies – I remember I have a recipe for those!

These really are amazing. I started Princess on her first sewing project, but she hasn’t been truly inspired yet. Oh well! It will come. :)

They’re all so cute! I tell ya…I need to become a late night sewer too!! My other crafts I can get to during the day. Dear Hubby just bought me my new sewing machine and the second I try to go play, my little guy’s right there trying to push buttons-lol! I have to tell him it’s Mama’s toy and he can’t play or he can get hurt. Now that I’m typing that, I guess calling it a “toy” doesn’t help, does it? LOL! Oh well…

I do love these little gremlins (and owls). They look so cozy–and soft. :)

Thank you so much for the little note at the end…you are such a dear friend. Every single time I read one of your posts I wish you lived next-door to me! Perhaps it is you who are the best cyber-buddy! :o )

Lisa, I love those gremlins and owls! I’m going to have to start hunting for striped sweaters when I’m thrifting again! Thanks for the inspiration!

Oh I love those gremlins and owls. I keep thinking that I have to make some — maybe in time for the Holiday — but I’m doubting it will get down in time. On the plus side I did buy a sweater to make one at the thrift store yesterday.

Those are fantastic. We’ve been munching on pumpkin chocolate chip cookies, too…can’t get enough of those but perhaps if I was sewing at the same time I would be better about limiting my intake!

  21. 2009 November 18

Those are adorable. I love the cock-eyed fellow on the right with the big orange eyes. Heck, I might even have a crush on him. *grins* Some lucky recipients will be very happy with you.

  22. 2009 November 18

I love them! They are so adorable! If I ever get done with all the knitting I have planned, I might have to make a few for Christmas. :)

  23. 2009 November 18

Will you sell them? I would love to buy 3. :)

    • 2009 November 18

I’m thinking about selling them. Maybe Etsy, maybe the craft show this weekend. The thought of charging people to buy my makings is very hard for me. I don’t know why.

I just love these so much, especially the owls! I need more time for crafting…

I am a late night sewer. After the kids are in bed, dishes are clean, studies are done, and have turned off the computer. I find myself up way too late and lacking sleep lately. Hard to find that balance!
