Blogger is Being Sluggish!

I seem to be experiencing technical difficulties with Blogger. I am trying to fix them, although I don’t have a clue how to. People are having trouble getting to my blog and the post updates are not being updated on the dashboards or blogrolls. Is anyone else having similar problems? Does anyone know how to fix it?
