Felted Creations

2009 February 28
by 5 Orange Potatoes
For the last few years we have attended a wool festival at a favorite local dairy farm. We buy lots of beautiful wool roving and yarns to supply us for the year. We are new to the art of felting and are having a lot of fun learning how to do it. My ladies seem to be naturals with the process.

so cute! I’m going to have to show J when she feels better.

I was thinking of taking the kids to a farm to learn about from sheep to wool. But I think we are def. going now. ;) I had a post where J created scenes using wool on wool board. (Enki suggestions).

Those are great! I’m a little scared to give my kids the needles so we’ve just done wet felting so far.
